"I heard the lady’s conversation with my husband. Such a worst lady work with this company who doesn’t know how to be gentle or at least talk like a human. She is extremely disgraceful and rude. They quoted my husband and then raised it four times in one call. They raised the amount for fourty dollars per month with no reason. And also she hang up on my husband two times. Totally and extremely rude idk why is she still working there when her boss is losing customers all because of her."

"The lady who works there has a terrible attitude. It’s as she talks from the sky and we yall her worshipers. Totally rude. She makes you buy insurance and then raise it by the second day and then she blames my wife for an accident when she had it almost four years before. And guess what she says give time as for one day to find out why my insurance went up. A whole day ??? It’s as they have a trillion customers and they are so busy and when you go to their company it’s as nobody was been there in months. I am so disappointed from her boss that he has to deal with that rude lady. I am totally dissatisfied and also not to forget she hang up on me two times. And her last word was I don’t like your attitude. Not to mention I don’t like her attitude."

"I got frustrated with my previous insurance company, that rhymes' with more messes, for rate issues. I was a customer of theirs and was not up to searching for another Ins Co. I was referred to Ron by a friends, and was the Agent was polite and friendly, but made it quick and easy to switch that day. Not only did my rate get cut significantly, I also signed up for life Ins. Started recommending other friends and family. You guys rock!"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I filled out an online quote, and this was one of the agencies that reached out. I somehow ended up with two quotes with them, and they of course wouldn’t honor the lower quote. So fine I accept that amount and finish up the quote. I called three weeks later to do the payment for auto and give the info for my escrow account. At this time I am told my quote would be $400 over the amount that I was initially quoted. I look at the auto quote and that went up $40 a month. I received another email stating they changed coverage to $382k, which resulted them pulling an additional $128 from my escrow account unauthorized. What’s funny is the quote that was for the $1400 had a dwelling coverage for $392k so a decrease in dwelling coverage should not have resulted in an increase to my escrow payment. I’m an out of tower so I definitely think they charge more to people who are not their own. Will be filing a federal complaint as well."

"Please go somewhere else. I experienced substandard service with this State Farm agent, prompting me to seek assistance from another representative in a different locality. As a result, my insurance premium was reduced by nearly $80 compared to the previous amount."

"To be honest, another company called me and wanted to quote me for home and auto and I said yes - always looking for ways to save $. However after finding out that they will not insure me because of my dog I quickly went to State Farm's website to see if they took the same stance as it could void my policy if so. I was so pleased to see their stance on breeds vs bite. To quote them exactly: "Just like humans, dogs are individuals. Every dog has a unique personality. While a dogs’ breed may dictate what the dog looks like, how a dog reacts to people or situations isn’t guaranteed by breed or type." This is beautiful and we've had great service over the years we've been with State Farm. I will be a customer for life! Thanks for not discriminating against my family!"
